The month of August celebrates the World Breastfeeding Week specifically recognized in United States. It is true that breast cancer month falls every March yearly, but since August is the month for all mothers to promote natural breastfeeding in keeping their babies healthy, they have to keep themselves hale and hearty as well. In fact, much of the nutrients that any new born baby needs cannot be sufficiently provided by commercial milk products in the market, but it are through only the natural breastfeeding that a mother can give. It’s an important reminder and education to all future mothers and those who are not yet mothers to be conscious on their health since much of the growth and nourishment that any baby would receive will really come to their mother. Hence, in order to achieve that ultimate objective, all women in the world, whether you are a mother already, or not, you should apply the 10 effective ways to avoid breast cancer. It’s the foundation of good and strong generations of children in this era, and the coming era.
10. Breastfeed Your Baby
This tip is an advised to all mothers whether you are young or not, to keep the regular allowable breastfeeding period to your baby. Based on the research made by some of the experts, it helps all mothers in avoiding the development of breast cancer or any tumor. The longer that a mother does it, the risk of getting one is slimmer at all. It becomes a defense to all mothers because the breastfeeding process reduces the oestrogen levels that women produce. You don’t need to reach the age bracket or group of 40 years old and above just to perform the self-breast check. You can do this kind of examination to your own breast once a month so you can see the difference. If it’s possible, you could take note of the difference especially if you have notice a lump in one of your breast. This is the best time to consult a doctor for further examination.

Based on the studies conducted by the Women’s Health, 18% is being raised down to the total breast cancer risks against those people who rarely maintain physical exercises. People who consumer regular high amount of fat is susceptible to weight gain which is generally linked to the development of breast cancer.
