Megan unveils her toned post-baby body in lace bra and underwear after birth
Megan Fox has snapped back into shape following the birth of her son Noah four months ago.
And the new mother proudly put her incredible post-baby body on show in all its glory on the cover of Esquire magazine.
The 26-year-old, who gained just 23lbs during her pregnancy, stripped down to reveal her flat stomach in tiny black underwear, a lacy bra and a buttoned-down cardigan.

The brunette, considered by many to be the sexiest woman alive, posed seductively with a big pout and tumbling wavy hair.
Megan recently revealed she removed dairy from her diet for helping shift her baby weight and at last check in December she said she still has 10 pounds to go before she returns her pre-pregnancy weight.
The star – who is married to actor Brian Austin Green, 39 - gave birth in September and tells Esquire that she is no longer comfortable with being just sex symbol.

Taking the power back: The star dons a ton of belts around her arm as she seductively poses
She wants to be recognised for her talent as an actress.
She added: ‘I felt powerless in that image. I didn't feel powerful. It ate every other part of my personality, not for me but for how people saw me, because there was nothing else to see or know.
'That devalued me. Because I wasn't anything. I was an image. I was a picture. I was a pose.’
God-fearing: The star spoke about using a religion as a way to feel safe
She revealed that while she may have a racy image, she is actually quite conservative.
She admitted of her clean ways: ‘I can't stand pills. I don't like drinking. I don't like feeling out of control. I have to feel like I'm in control of my body. And I know what you're thinking, Then why would I want to go to church and speak in tongues?’

Megan is a regular attendee of religious services and was brought up as a Christian, a way of life she still continues into her famous adulthood.
She explained: ‘You have to understand, there I feel safe. I was raised to believe that you're safe in God's hands. But I don't feel safe with myself.’
She also opened up about the process of removing her Marilyn Monroe tattoo from her arm.
The Transformers star explained: ‘I started reading about her and realized that her life was incredibly difficult. It's like when you visualize something for your future. I didn't want to visualize something so negative.
‘She wasn't powerful at the time. She was sort of like Lindsay [Lohan]. She was an actress who wasn't reliable, who almost wasn't insurable.... She had all the potential in the world, and it was squandered. I'm not interested in following in those footsteps.’
‘Ava Gardner.’ she revealed. ‘She had power. She was a broad. She got what she wanted and said what she needed.’
Burgeoning bump: Megan picture days before giving birth has only gained 23lbs
Megan also hinted that she is considering leaving showbiz to become an archaeologist.
She said ‘Films don't hold the answers I'm looking for....
‘Would you not be so much more interested in finding out that bigfoot existed than in watching a really good movie?'
