Sarah Harding drops in on This Morning and leaves behind remnants of her blonde hair extensions
She was paying a visit to see Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby on the This Morning sofa on Monday.
But Sarah Harding made sure to leave a little reminder of her visit by shedding her blonde hair extensions all over the floor.
The 31-year-old singer had dropped by to discuss her latest movie, Run For Your Wife, as well as the upcoming Girls Aloud arena tour.
On the sofa: Sarah Harding chatted to hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on This Morning on Monday
And the star ended up giving Phillip and Holly more than they bargained for when they found remnants of her blonde hair extensions on the floor after she'd left the building.
Posting a snap of the matted locks on his Twitter page, Phillip said: 'Lovely to see you today @SarahNHarding ... You left behind nearly enough to interview! :).'
Sarah appeared happy and relaxed as she appeared on the This Morning sofa, looking effortlessly stylish in a simple cream blouse and patterned leggings.
Oops-a-daisy: Sarah left her blonde hair extensions all over the floor of the central London studios following her visit
The Girls Aloud singer wore natural bronze make-up, while wearing her blonde locks tumbling in bouncy waves around her shoulders.
But the star would have no doubt been sporting a less voluminous head of hair as she left the central London studios after leaving half her extensions behind on the studio floor.
It was a rare trip into London for Sarah, who admitted to Holly and Phil that she finds the capital too 'fast-paced' for her relaxed lifestyle nowadays.
Forgotten something? Sarah would have no doubt been sporting a less voluminous head of hair after leaving half her extensions behind on the studio floor
She said: 'I love to be in London, but its too fast past for me. I like to go home, just chill out, get the fire on... I've tweeted so many pictures of my dogs, its ridiculous! I don't know, what's happened to me! And I also subscribe to Country Life.'
But Sarah isn't the only member of Girls Aloud to have changed during the band's hiatus from the music industry.
Speaking of her upcoming tour alongside bandmates Cheryl Cole, Kimberley Walsh, Nadine Coyle and Nicola Roberts, she explained: 'We are still in rehearsals at the moment. We kick off in Newcastle on the 21st.
Opening up: Sarah admitted London life is now too 'fast paced' for her, as she prefers a gentler way of life in the country
A new way of life: The 31-year-old star admitted rather than party the night away like she used to, she now prefers to 'go home, just chill out and get the fire on'
'We've all kind of had our solo projects and interests that we wanted to pursue, but we've all come back and we've grown up a lot more... we're a little more diplomatic and have a lot more say.'
And although the blonde singer has bagged a leading role in upcoming movie Run For Your Wife alongside the likes of Danny Dyer and Denise Van Outen, she has vowed that she is a musician at heart.
Sarah added: 'Everyone seems to think I just want to take off and be an actress and I love to act don't get me wrong, but I love my music... its in my blood.'
Stylish: Sarah teamed her simple outfit with a silver jacket and black leather oversized handbag as she ran errands in central London later in the day
Stepping out in style: Sarah admitted she and her Girls Aloud bandmates are all a lot more 'diplomatic' following their recent reunion
